Silicon Valley Tech Day Tour in San Francisco | California

Overall it was pretty good, but I wish the tour guide could be given a microphone so that people in the back seat wouldn't be able to hear it.

I visited the Silicon Valley campus to experience the local living atmosphere and entered Stanford University. Unfortunately, my stay was too short. It would have been fulfilling if the schedule could have been longer.

The transportation distance between the scenic spots is about 40-60 minutes. There are four points in total, and you can only stay at each point for 30-60 minutes. The trip is very busy and the CP value is low!

I feel extremely dissatisfied for this day tour. The tour guide is fine. But the issues I encountered were highly inconvenient and resulted in unnecessary stress and additional expenses. As a result of this disorganized service, I incurred additional costs. This experience highlighted several issues: 1. Lack of Consideration for Foreign Travelers: Many international visitors may not have local phone numbers. Not providing alternative communication channels, such as a WhatsApp group, shows a lack of understanding of travelers’ needs. 2. Miscommunication Between KKday and the Service Provider: The failure to coordinate effectively resulted in conflicting instructions and unnecessary confusion. Besides, the whole day tour is not special and boring, you can only see things around the buildings.
