I booked 5 seater car hotel transfer to Hong Kong Airport. Driver WhatsApp 1 day before departure to confirm our trip. The pick up was punctual, but driver was unhappy with our extra luggage. The car allowed 4 adult, 1 child and 2 luggage, but we have 3 adult and 3 luggage. Don’t know what is the issue? The driver didn’t say much, reached airport i gave him HKD100 as tips anyway. In fact, is hassle free to get a taxi to airport and is cheaper for what I pay. So many taxi are available everywhere. I always book hotel pick up for my holiday, this is the first time I encountered extra luggage issue.

From the hotel to Hong Kong Airport, I was amazed at the speed of the Tesla and the driver's driving technique 👀‼️The acceleration in sport mode when overtaking was almost scary!

The driver who had been confirmed was unable to pick us up due to a car accident; the company immediately arranged for a new driver and vehicle to take over. The communication went smoothly.
