Unable to use it at first then I called the number and it's activated. Data is stable

This was not working for me at first! After chatting with the company, turns out it didn’t activate automatically so I was instructed to call the number 121. From there it connected and worked perfectly!

Installed the SIM card before I left and it activated immediately when I reached Laos. The strength was not that good in some places but was mostly available in all the parts of Laos I was in.

Quick and fast delivery but the seller somehow dis not give proper instruction on how to activate the eSIM once you are in Laos (only eSIM installation is given). Press 121 and call, eventually after hang up you’ll get the data.

This was my first time changing my SIM card. It was an eSIM, too. Since I was going to be using it overseas, I learned about it on YouTube beforehand, and then I went to the airport thinking it would work! And guess what? It installed smoothly and almost automatically, without any manual intervention! I was able to connect well to Vientiane, Luang Prabang, and Xieng Khouang. I highly recommend it!
