We only had 8 hours time to spend in Jeju and we were able to see the must see places in the island. Thanks to Peter- our very efficient driver and guide that can speak English. He also brought us to a great restaurant for black pig Korean BBQ lunch. The vehicle provided was clean and comfortable to fit our family. It was a great tour with great guide.

We had the best day exploring this beautiful island with Sam. He was knowledgeable and interesting. He adjusted the tour to our needs. His driving was safe. He gave us an insight into living on Jeju island. And he took lots of photos for our memories. An excellent day out!

The company arranged for a Korean tour guide, Enji, to accompany us on a one-day tour. She spoke fluent Chinese and gave us a detailed introduction to the local culture of Jeju Island, which gave us a deeper understanding. I hope that I will have the opportunity to visit Jeju Island again in the future, and I would also like to ask her to be my guide.

Eunji was extremely warm and friendly. She will suggest places and experiences to go for in Jeju Island. As our group involves two senior citizens, she also kindly helped to take extra care of them.

We were really lucky to meet Liz this time! She drove very steadily and was very comfortable to sit in. She also provided very considerate service. She took the initiative to help us check the information of the boat to Niu Island when the weather was bad. Although it was unfortunate that the boat was suspended, Liz immediately provided us with several recommended attractions to choose from. The itinerary adjustment was very flexible! She accompanied us to the restaurant to help us order food, and assisted us in buying tickets at the aquarium. She was a great help to us who did not speak the language. The driver of this chartered car is Master Cui. He is very nice. Although we were half an hour late, he did not blame us. Then after arriving at Jinning Beach, there was a warm-hearted grandmother who wanted us to have tea at her house, but because we were in a hurry and we did not speak the language, we wanted to refuse. Unexpectedly, she was too enthusiastic and we did not speak the language, so we had to go back to the car to find Master Cui to communicate and help. Master Cui also patiently helped us communicate with the grandmother. Master Cui also recommended us to go to Yuetingli Beach, which is also beautiful and the sea breeze is very cool. We stayed at each attraction for a long time and it was summer, but Master Cui was also very patient to wait for us. Because we expected the wrong time, it caused a little overtime, but Master Cui was very good and did not charge us extra fees. The whole trip was very happy. Thank you Master Cui for making this trip more enjoyable and allowing us to arrive at each attraction safely so that we can experience it more completely! ! !
