We met up at 9:30 AM. I knew they'd be waiting for us near the currency exchange with their nameplates, so we were able to meet up smoothly. The disembarkation from Bellissima was also smooth, with plenty of time to spare. Our itinerary was Shifen → Golden Waterfall → Jiufen. It seemed like the lantern vendors in Shifen were all set, and we were immediately taken to a place that wasn't on the railroad tracks, as shown in the photo, which was a bit disappointing. After releasing our lanterns, we had some free time to wander around the shops along the tracks. We took a few photos at Golden Waterfall and then finished. In Jiufen, there was an affiliated parking lot in front of Jiufen Xiahai Chenghuang Temple (Zhaoling Temple). The restrooms there were cleaner than I expected, so I was relieved to hear about the restroom situation. They told me to take a photo of the map, recommended following this route, and told me where to eat. We had about three hours of free time. We ended our stroll after about 90 minutes of eating and exploring. We had originally planned to get off at the port, but we were able to change it to Keelung Night Market, which gave us plenty of time to explore. The itinerary was a six-hour tour from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

We chartered a taxi from Keelung, where our cruise ship docked, to take us to Jiufen and Shifen, then drop us off at Keelung Night Market. Our driver, Mr. Lin, spoke to us in both Japanese and English, and drove carefully, making for a very fulfilling sightseeing experience. We would definitely use him again if we had the opportunity.

We were able to enjoy a fulfilling sightseeing experience despite the limited time we had. The driver also talked about history and economics, which was very informative. Even when we took the wrong exit and ended up at a different place than the meeting place, we called and they came to pick us up right away, which was very helpful.

They arrived at the meeting point earlier than scheduled, and their hospitality was excellent when guiding us around the tourist spots and taking photos. I was very impressed. I would like to use this service again.

The driver was very considerate and cheerful, so we thoroughly enjoyed the trip even with our baby. He drove safely and we felt at ease, and he even took photos during the trip and made a memorable video for us.

We arrived at Keelung Port on a cruise ship. We met up in Keelung and toured Jiufen and Shifen. The guide explained the sights as we went, and in Shifen he even took us to a recommended lantern shop. He also took us to a great spot to see the waterfall, which was very helpful. The guide was very kind and we were able to enjoy the trip with peace of mind.

Mr. Chen helped us with the lantern release! We had a fun conversation in the car, and he took lots of photos, so we were able to spend a very meaningful time even in the limited time we had. Thank you very much.

It was my first girls' trip to Taiwan. The tour took us to two famous spots, but the guide also took us to other tourist spots and was considerate when we needed to take a bathroom break! I was a little worried because he was a guy, but he not only explained the tourist spots, but also took all the photos for us, and the photos were so perfect that I was very satisfied!

We only had 6 hours for the cruise, but the tour was very efficient and tailored to our needs, which made us very happy!
