[Vietnam Travel] Ho Chi Minh - Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN) Priority / VIP Express Customs Clearance

At first I was worried as my flight got delayed and I did not see a sign with my name. However upon reaching out on the app, I was able to meet the employee and was granted access to the fast track line. Very simple and smooth process. I will use again!

Rep was waiting with a sign at immigration arrivals. No issues. Can save considerable amount of time during peak hours.

Initially I was thinking how the meet up should be like for the fast pass custom clearance. Prior to my departure, the agent requested for v the passports info for advance clearance. On the day of arrival, the guy arranged by KKDAY agent will direct you to walk with him to the fast lane. For departure, it will be the same, they will provide you with photos via WhatsApp 1-2 in advance to prepare you for the meet up at departure hall. Once you arrive at the Vietnam, the guy will lead you to the flight Q for luggage check in and then direct you to the custom for fast lane clearance. Do note for departure, although you get into the fast lane, you will also share the same Q with the baggage clearance 1 by 1. There is no fast lane for this. Overall we felt blessed to bought the fast lane as custom long Q was really LONG. We cleared within 30mins instead of 2-3hrs from what others shared

It was a bit chaotic when you alight from the plan because of the crowd and the people holding the name cards might not have your name or show itour but you just have to ask them to check for your name because they have a long list of people and they can cross check for you to bring you into the fast lines which is worth saving 1-2 hours of queuing the crazy lines

It was very easy to find the person because they will be standing at where the guide says they will be but you have to ask those people who are holding up name cards because they have a huge list and not everyone name is on the card but they can check for your name on their list and will bring you to the shorter queue area which saves you like 1-2 hours if you go through the usual lines!

The fast track allows us to skip the long queue at immigration checkpoint. However, we are bit disappointed that the pickup guy only showed up 10 mins after we landed, otherwise we should be able to pass through earlier.

Highly recommended for tourists who don't want to wait in line at customs or whose travel time is precious.

Seeing the huge crowd next door made me realize I didn't regret buying the fast pass.
