The customer service was very slow to respond and did not solve the problem in time. Hope it will be improved.

We bought a package including the accommodation and two meals. The room, though, is a bit small but modern and clean. The food is acceptable. The tour about aviation history and space exploration is unique.

Book a parent-child room, inform in advance to celebrate the birthday, the theme decoration towel cake balloons sent, the children are very happy, the hotel lobby, although relatively old, but the floor and room are decorated, room facilities are new and clean, children participated in the free workshop, staff service attitude, overall very satisfied.

The hotel environment is clean and comfortable. Although it is some distance from the subway station, it only takes about 10 minutes to take a taxi to the nearby famous attractions, which is quite convenient. The hotel staff was enthusiastic in helping out and provided a lot of room decoration for the birthday children. The free upgrade to the bathtub room made the children even happier.

The room is new and big enough, the equipment is high-end, no less than the Hilton I have stayed in before. The rooms are more amazing than the hotel lobby. The breakfast buffet has more choices than expected. The package includes dinner very conveniently, if there is more buffet dinner after Thursday.

This room is very affordable. I upgraded to a room on the upper floor on the left. The room is new, clean and big enough. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of food! The Chinese food included in the set meal is also very good and worth it. The only pity is that I didn't have enough time and didn't make an appointment at the fitness center. I saw that the facilities were very new and clean.

Having a wonderful weekend there, thanks for the warm room decoration arranged by staff 周華英 and the Aerospace Culture visitors guide by staff Linda was also excellent, showed us the interesting topics related to plane history at different floors~~dinner & breakfast buffets were both nice & fresh, the robot who served in the hotel knew how to take the lift itself was cute too. Though it is not a resort hotel, it is still convenient to visit other natural attractions nearby, quite worth to pay a visitor again with such reasonable price ^*^

The package package is very attractive, including buffet dinner + buffet breakfast, which is very cost-effective. The room is spacious, neat and clean, fully intelligent, not far from the subway station, and there is a shopping mall nearby, which is not too busy. The service and catering are also in place, and the price is very cost-effective. Great! Five stars!

The hotel staff saw that there were two children and specially arranged a room with a bathtub. I liked it.
