Bangalore Airport (BLR), India, to and from Bangalore City | Private car service airport transfer

It was my first trip to India, and the airport transfer was very good! If you download the WhatsApp app (you can message each other like LINE) before you leave for your trip, and write your WhatsApp account on the screen when you make your reservation with kkday, you can communicate smoothly with the driver on the day of the transfer. The driver will contact you in English, but if you use a translation app, it's no problem! The driver was punctual and we arrived at the airport safely without any problems! We were able to use it with confidence even though we don't speak English, so we would like to use it again when we travel to Bangalore!

Quality of services is not good, wondering is because of the culturel of country or the system of KKBox?!
