Central Alps Komagatake Ropeway Boarding Ticket | Japan

Normally you have to line up before the doors open to buy tickets, but by purchasing online I was able to avoid the hassle of waiting in line, which was very helpful.

I bought a round trip bus ticket for the Komagatake Ropeway. I used it from Friday to Saturday, and there were quite a few people there, even though it was a weekday. Previously, you had to buy the ticket and then line up to board the bus, but since I had already paid online, I was able to line up for the bus right away, which was smooth. I was able to transfer from the bus to the ropeway without any problems and get on the first bus of the morning. One thing to note is that the ticket is taken from the image on your smartphone, but it won't work in places with no signal, so you have to take a screenshot of the image beforehand. Also, because it's a new boarding system, I wasn't really sure whether I should take a ticket when I got on the bus, which worried me a little. Overall, it was a very well-designed ticket system, so I'll use it in the future.

I was able to purchase the ticket smoothly. I think it's a good system because you don't have to queue twice at the bus stop to buy the ticket from early in the morning.

I was prepared to have to line up at the ticket counter, but I was relieved to avoid that stress. I really needed a screenshot of the QR code. If you're a group, I think it would be smoother to go through the ticket gate if one person purchased all the tickets at once.

When I got off the ropeway and saw Senjojiki Cirque, it was so beautiful it could not be described in a picture.

On the day, all you have to do is show the screenshot when you get off the bus and when you get on the ropeway. It was easy and convenient to use, and you didn't have to wait in line at the ticket booth.

The weather was great! Online tickets made boarding smooth and great!

It had been a while since I last went mountain climbing, but the sea of clouds was very beautiful.

By purchasing in advance, you can board the bus smoothly just by showing a screenshot of the reservation screen on the day. To check the number of people, it is a good idea to take a screenshot of the entire reservation screen, not just the QR code.

I used it at Kiso Komagatake. The last ropeway🚡 was at 17:00 and I missed the 16:00 flight, but they added more. The bus🚌 was the same, so I was able to use it with peace of mind.
