Nice hotel with good amenities and good food selection, friendly staff and great location close to Lagoi plaza and lake. Very IG-able short trip to blue lake and it’s fascinating surrounding and good massage at SpaLab. Very enjoyable

Excellent stay over Chinese New Year. Staff is extremely friendly and always looking for ways to make everyone feel comfortable. Location is outstanding, food is very tasty and fantastic presentation. It's our second stay within one month - this should be telling the story

The hotel staff at Four Points Sheraton are courteous and friendly. Breakfasts are tasty. How ever, the driver's that was assigned to the half-day tour reassigned the job to another person without prior notice.

Hotel was new and spacious. Staff were all extremely kind and hospitable. Kelong seafood lunch was simple but food were freshly prepared.

The hotel staff were all very nice, and the guide who showed us around the attractions was also very nice. The only downside was that the hotel's food could be improved. The buffet dinner on our first night was so mediocre that I had to go back and forth several times without knowing what to order. We went for dinner at 6 p.m., but there were flies flying around the kebabs, and there were also a lot of fruit flies. The food didn't seem freshly grilled, and the other dishes weren't very tasty either. The breakfast, however, was much better, and the food seemed freshly cooked that morning. The garden room didn't have any view, but because our original room had issues, the hotel nicely upgraded us to a sea view room with a pool view, which was much more beautiful!
