The service I bought on KKday, who knew it was so bad. 🔹The driver was super difficult to communicate with, his logic was very poor, and he was discriminatory when speaking. 🔹The driver would complain that the distance was too close and he didn't want to pick me up, and he had a lot of complaints. 🔹The driver didn't speak Chinese. 🔹The driver would swipe his phone while driving, chat on the phone and scold passengers, and he almost hit passers-by several times. 🔹I reported it to Kkday and they said that the driver kept using his phone to keep in touch with customers, and that the driver knew Hong Kong traffic rules better than us, and he did nothing wrong in doing these things, the logic was dead🤯 🔹My friend got off the car to get the egg tart, and then the driver drove away directly. We all thought that the driver would go back to pick up his friend, but he asked our friend to catch up with the car by chasing. The point was that it was raining heavily that day? I told the driver that I wanted him to go back to pick me up, but he got angry and asked if the car could fly == 🔹The driver did not follow the itinerary we had agreed on, but kept trying to rush us back to the airport. I had booked a 5-hour trip and I had not exceeded the mileage they had required. Why did he keep wanting to end the trip early?? Was it because he was in a hurry to get the next order? What was the problem with him asking us to go back to the airport quickly?? Overall, the service experience was terrible. I had to listen to the driver scolding us for being innocent. I might as well just shut it down and not do it anymore.

Although the customer service and driver's attitude were good, we needed to move our luggage off the car when we arrived at the scenic spot. We didn't understand the meaning of chartering a car at all. It felt bad for people with children to visit with luggage.
