Made an appointment at 7am and was picked up on time.

I felt at ease because the driver sent me a text message in advance. We were able to meet up at Kona Airport right away. The driver was very friendly and provided us with information about the Big Island during the ride.

Nice service with reasonable price

I was sent safely and accurately from the airport to the hotel. Although I had been told to use a sedan, the car was a Sienna, so it was spacious and comfortable. This time I was traveling alone and did not intend to rent a car, so I was looking for transportation from the airport, but I could not find a shared shuttle service (they did not operate one), so I was in trouble. However, I was able to use the shuttle service introduced by the hotel at a slightly cheaper price, so it was very good.
