Founded in 1932, Unagi Yondaime Kikugawa is run by a long-established eel wholesaler and offers their specialty whole eel. Facing the entrance to the restaurant, billowing eel fat bursts over the charcoal fire in the live kitchen. At the counter, you can enjoy watching their signature whole eel being butchered right before your eyes and grilled over their own brand of binchotan charcoal!
