We are proud of our Kansai-style okonomiyaki, which uses special dashi in the batter! [We have started selling our course menu on weekdays only!]. Koteyoshi is visited by many people from Japan and abroad. The batter for our special okonomiyaki contains bonito and chicken stock. The rich sauce is made with an original blend. The craftsmanship is particular about everything from cutting the ingredients to the cooking process. Enjoy a slice of okonomiyaki that is made with care. We have a wide variety of okonomiyaki, from the standard to the more unusual, using tomatoes, oysters, and tartar sauce. We also have teppan snacks available, so you can enjoy them with your drinks.
