Our most popular dish, the seared motsunabe, uses Kagoshima-grown Kuroge Wagyu beef offal. Please be sure to try our seared motsunabe, which is flavored with Kyushu soy sauce and made with our homemade broth. All of Warajiya's ingredients are sourced from Kyushu. You can enjoy Kyushu cuisine to your heart's content, including fresh horse sashimi and Hakata-style sesame amberjack.
