We had a great experience with this car rental company in Naha. It was lovely and close to where we are staying. When I arrived, they jumped right in to supporting me in checking out my car. The gentleman there spoke 5 languages, so could help me despite my meh language skills in Japan. The car ran well, and checkout was also swift. We will be back again to rent a car there. Our only sadness is you can't rent a car longer than 10 days, as we'd love to book one for 2 weeks. Ha

Booking a car online was convenient and simple, the Chinese service was excellent and communication was seamless, and the car was in good condition, making our four-day trip go smoothly. I will definitely choose this service again when I visit Okinawa.

The price is cheaper than other big companies, but the car doesn't look that new, but it is fine to use. Insurance needs to be purchased separately, and there are Chinese staff. On that day I was picked up at Asahi Bridge Station, and also went to other stations to pick up other guests. I'm not sure where they booked the car, but the pick-up location should be negotiable. After returning the car, they said they would take me directly back to the hotel, but I had other attractions to visit, and the distance was not far, so they took me directly there too. Can't add customer service on Line, use WhatsApp to contact customer service first

Compared to Taiwan, driving in Okinawa is really peaceful and safe. There is really a sea to see wherever you drive in Okinawa. It's really happy~ I will come to Okinawa again next time to rent a car and continue traveling🤩
