Noboribetsu Hell Valley (visit 35 minutes) ※You can gather at the Noboribetsu Park Service Center to start the tour, but you can only gather here and cannot end here. The tour ends in Sapporo!

This tour covers major attractions. Tour is well planned and tour guide was also very nice. She was affluent in English, Chinese and Japanese. Like any other tour in Japan, they are also punctual.

We had an amazing time in our kkday Hokkaido Day tour, exploring Lake Toya+Noboribetsu Jugokudani+Cape Chikyu+Lake Shikotsu+Showa Shinzan Bear Farm with my husband and 8yr old son. It was our first time booking with kkday because we usually book in other app and it exceeded our expectations!⭐️ Our guide,Oscar, was absolutely fantastic-he seamlessly explained everything in English, Japanese and Mandarin, w/c made us feel inclusive & engaging. He even gave excellent product recommendations.The itinerary was well-planned, covering several stops. While some stops were a bit brief, the pacing for us was just right overall given the number of places we visited. We got lucky with a good beautiful weather which made everything enjoyable! The value for money was excellent & we truly felt we got a superb tour experience. Highly recommended for anyone even 1st timers.Thank you Kkday and Oscar!🙌👏⭐️

A great tour guide who knows Hokkaido very well. You can ask the tour guide many questions about Hokkaido. I hope to meet the Onodera tour guide again next time. The itinerary is a bit rushed. It would be better if there were only two attractions, Lake Toya and Lake Shikotsu.

Very efficient to visit each location, but if you like to stay longer at each location, it is not suitable because each location does not exceed one hour. Both lakes are beautiful and the director is very nice.

The tour guide Xiao Yang was very attentive and professional. He explained the itinerary clearly, was polite and smiling, and the time between itineraries was not too tight. He also took the initiative to take photos for the group members. Before the end of the trip, he also greeted each guest and asked if they could help. We had a very pleasant day.
