We are proud of our handmade yogurt, which is a reproduction of a recipe created by the Nomura family in Hiroshima in 1917. We mainly use milk from the north of Hiroshima, and our yogurt is characterized by its low acidity. In addition to milk and soy milk-based yogurt, you can choose from a buffet of milk-based Greek yogurt, which can be topped with as many homemade granola and seasonal dried fruits as you like. We also have bottled yogurt such as strawberry flavor, and we sell it by weight. As it is a semi-outdoor space, it is also attractive that you can drop in casually. Pet dogs and children are welcome!
