First time trying spa here in V Sense, and overall it was a great experience. The employees were all very kind and professional. One little thing for input: if possible, it would be nice to be informed what is next for every step done.

I'd never tried Vietnamese shampoo before, so I came here. The atmosphere and service were great, and I felt completely refreshed afterward; I almost fell asleep at one point (haha). The blow-drying was basically just to dry and smooth my hair. They had famous brand hair oils and perfumes available at the blow-drying area.

This time I got a buy-one-get-one-free 100-minute treatment on membership day. The environment is comfortable, and the massage and shampooing techniques are very comfortable. I brought my mother to experience it for the first time, and she was very satisfied. After the treatment, she gave a tip to the sister who served her. The person who served me (short hair) may be an old bird, and during the service, she kept trying to chat with the sister who served my mother. Fortunately, the other party never paid attention to her, otherwise it would be really disturbing. The customers who wanted to relax throughout the treatment had super smooth and fragrant hair after washing, and it was still very soft until the third day. Washing your hair well is really good for the scalp in summer. The health tea and ginger tea after the treatment were both delicious, and it is so healthy with nuts. I highly recommend everyone to experience it

It was my first time to try Vietnamese shampoo, but the shop was clean and the staff were very kind. It was a great experience! The receptionist spoke English, but the person who gave me the treatment didn't seem to speak much English, but we were able to communicate just fine!
