Because I go to Hualien every month, I initially rented local scooters, but the price would sometimes double during long weekends. Since WeMo came along, it's become so much more convenient! I highly recommend it.

The bikes are easy to ride and convenient to pick up near the station. I'm just unsure if the bike was reserved when I purchased it. I will continue to use Wemo in the future. The plan is very cost-effective.

I rode an electric scooter with my mom along the mountain and sea route in Taitung, but since we only had to exchange batteries in the city, I recommend keeping the distance under 48 kilometers.

Previously, I could borrow and return items anytime in Taipei, Taichung, and Kaohsiung. This was my first time using a designated borrowing and returning service in Taitung. I arrived in Taitung by train at 6 a.m. and didn't know how to borrow the service. I called customer service, and their service was excellent. I was able to borrow the service successfully.

Remember to call Wemo to make a reservation after purchasing. I didn’t know how to use it because it was my first time, so it took me a long time.

The bikes are readily available and easy to ride, but the pick-up station information on KKday is unclear and incorrect. I had to ask the rental company staff for directions, wasting 30 minutes. For redemption instructions, I recommend using the latest version of the Wemo App; otherwise, it takes a very long time to find the location. Also, there's only 30 kilometers of free mileage; exceeding that costs an extra 3.5 yuan per kilometer. It's suitable for days when you're only staying in the city and there are convenient rental points nearby. The 24-hour plan should be sufficient.

During my trip to Taitung, I booked 30 hours of rentals. After redeeming the service according to the instructions, I was surprised to find that both rental cars were already booked (there was no one around). I contacted Wemo first, but they said they couldn't resolve the issue. I then contacted KKday hoping for a refund, and they said they would actively handle it. However, they later said that since I had already redeemed the service, a refund was not possible, and there was no follow-up contact or resolution. "The user manual did not mention any situation where there were no cars available for rent." If you encounter this, you can only wait or accept the loss, because Wemo and KKday will pass the buck to each other. As a user, following the user manual resulted in this kind of response, showing a complete lack of respect and consideration. I suggest that anyone considering purchasing a rental, or even current Wemo users, think twice before getting scammed.
