The store made improper administrative arrangements for appointments, and the backend customer service had poor communication with the store, resulting in a very bad experience. A group of three of us made an appointment for a treatment at the Golden Central branch through the customer service WeChat instructed by kkday and received confirmation. After arriving at the store, the store manager said that she "had not come yet" on the day of the customer service appointment contact, and also evaded the question by saying that she had been on vacation and had not received our reservation through the official system. Due to the mistake, the service could not be provided in the store on that day. The store manager's attitude was "sorry, but it's none of my business" and he just wanted to get rid of us. Fortunately, there were two headquarters employees on the day, and the compensation plan provided was to give us an extra 20 minutes of treatment time but we had to go to another store. The headquarters staff took us on a 20-minute walk to another branch. When we arrived at the new branch, my technician could not be arranged/waited for a long time but did not come. As a result, the headquarters staff who accompanied us had to work hard and had to go down to the field to be the technician themselves. In addition, the technician of one of my family members was not skilled enough and was probably a temporary worker. In summary, the store's so-called compensation method was actually unable to make up for our lost time, and our plans for the whole day were greatly disrupted. First, I had to walk an MRT station distance with my elderly family members to Xindian. After the treatment, I had to walk back to a nearby restaurant, which took an extra hour. I originally planned to have dinner after the massage at around 5 o'clock, but after all the hassles, I was far from the original plan and happened to encounter peak hour for meals. The whole day's plan was disrupted by this nightmare and I didn't relax at all. I felt that the staff at the headquarters worked hard to clean up the mess, but the overall experience was really bad, especially the crisis management and attitude of the manager of the Golden Central store were very poor. Because of the poor personal experience, I will not recommend it to anyone and will not come again. For the size of this store, there are big loopholes in the reservation process, and this is really unacceptable. If you can book it successfully, you may have to pay more attention.
