I heard this place was reservations only and that you need to Japanese number, but thanks to KK it's so easily accessible now! When I went the place was available for walk-in too though, so I guess the hype isn't like before? Still really cute place, totally recommend for any Chiikawa fans. The ramen was a bit salty but totally was worth it with the cuteness all around:)

Definitely a must visit for Chiikawa fans. I’m glad Kkday offers this option as it’s quite difficult to book if you’re not local. Check in was easy and you just needed to show the barcode. The restaurant was full of Chiikawa illustrations and the meal came with free stickers as well! I got the Chiikawa ramen and the portion was massive. The ramen tasted great as well as being cute. The restaurant is in the basement of Shibuya Parco so after the meal, there’s lot’s of things to shop and do. Definitely recommend!

I booked the limited-edition "Shibuya Chiikawa Ramen + Black Oolong Tea" set meal through KKday this time, and the overall experience was quite unique! The shop is rather small, with only about a dozen seats, but this gives it a more intimate feel, like stepping into an anime-themed shop. The star of the meal was the limited-edition Otter Master Mentaiko Ramen—the broth was rich but not greasy, and the mentaiko sauce, once stirred, brought a subtle spiciness and a seafood flavor, which paired perfectly with the medium-ramen noodles, making it incredibly comforting. The complimentary black oolong tea was very refreshing, making the set meal a perfect complement. The interior was filled with Chiikawa elements, from the wall murals to the tableware, all themed around the theme, and even the napkins had small character illustrations. Because it was an exclusive sale through KKday, the ticket exchange process was smooth, making it suitable for fans who don't want to queue on-site. The only minor drawback was the cramped space; it might feel a bit crowded for a group, but it's perfect for one person or two people chatting.

It was so convenient not having to buy tickets myself. I was so happy to get free oolong tea! The Jikawa was so cute! I also bought some Jiro-style ramen as a souvenir, thinking it would be greasy, but it turned out to be delicious. I will definitely use this service again next time!

The reservation time of the coupon is very flexible. It is divided into two time periods a day. It is very flexible in the ever-changing journey. If you encounter a discount, the reservation coupon containing oolong tea is almost the original price. You can go in and queue up directly even if the time period is full.

No Japanese phone number is required and real-name registration is required, which is very convenient for foreign tourists. The admission time is limited to 5 hours, so the itinerary feels flexible and smooth without too many restrictions.

The restaurant environment is very cute, with Chiikawa and its friends everywhere. The tableware is very thoughtful and printed with Chiikawa patterns. In addition to eating, I also bought a lot of limited edition items to take home.

The ramen is very salty and tastes average. I only came here for the chiikawa theme. I had to wait in line for an hour before I could enter even though I made a reservation. Because Usagi only serves large bowls, there are so many large bowls of noodles that I can't finish them: (
