The hotel is newly opened last year very clean, bought a night zebra room with evening buffet, went to add 200 yuan upgrade to deer fun room, sent Shenji Park ball pool and hot spring park 2 each. Personally, I think it's very cheap. The room is beautiful. As soon as I opened the curtains, I saw a giraffe🦒. The children were very excited. A steam train ride is a must to go to the zoo. A sister introduced each animal along the way, such as zebras, lions, rhinos, owls, etc.... The children had a lot of fun watching it. The distance is very close, not like other zoos forbidden to see through the glass, interested can also give 268 to participate in the safari, because this time only 2 days and no time. The hotel is very new, and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The Forest Kingdom is large, with many animals to see and opportunities to interact with them. There are also mobile games, making it suitable for a family visit. However, the long-awaited "Animal Migration" was a little disappointing. We only saw zebras and birds running/flying left and then running/flying right from a distance. The Hot Spring Kingdom is also worth a try. It has children's favorite water facilities, different hot springs, and a small number of animals (such as capybara). The swimming pool/hot spring water is also very clean. The hotel is new and colorful, very eye-catching, the hot springs are also fun, and the children had a blast at Shenshu Paradise. The only thing is that the staff needs to be better trained. It took a long time to check in, and the front desk staff kept asking the colleagues next to them what to do, wasting the guests' time waiting. Later, when we went to store our luggage, the staff thought we wanted to get a room first and asked us to queue up at the check-in counter again, but we were clearly queuing for luggage storage. After a round of trouble, we finally realized that we didn't want to get a room immediately, but just store our luggage. When we went to the hot springs again in the evening, the staff told us that our package did not include hot springs and that we had to pay extra. I showed them that the first sentence of my package title said that it included hot springs and paradise. After checking, the staff said that paper tickets would be provided for customers from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, and that the front desk had missed them.
