Great and punctual, but the onboard charger seemed to be broken and couldn't be used. I'll definitely ride again next time I need to. The service staff were also very friendly and the seat reservation was very convenient.

There were few passengers, so I was able to board the 2 PM flight without any problems. It was a weekday afternoon, and it took 60 minutes to reach Terminal 2 and 70 minutes to reach Terminal 1. Getting from Hsinchu to Taoyuan Airport by local train is very inconvenient, so I will use this direct bus from now on.
