It's great and convenient, perfect for travelers who want to go empty-handed. I recommend it to anyone going to Fukuoka.

I paid online but was worried about the service and delivery. My luggage arrived at the hotel quickly and safely, which dispelled my concerns. Thumbs up! 👍 I'll definitely use their luggage service again.

The departure hall was very convenient. The staff could communicate in English (even though my English isn't great, I was still able to complete the process smoothly), and the service was very friendly. They added me on Line on the spot and asked me to send a photo/screenshot of my hotel booking confirmation. They'll contact me through this Line once the booking is delivered to the hotel. 👍👍

It was friendly, fast, and inexpensive. The registration process took about 5 minutes. I mailed the package around 10:30 in the morning and received a notification around 1 p.m. that it had arrived at the hotel.

I dropped off my suitcase here a little after 11 AM. When I arrived at the hotel just before 3 PM, it had already been delivered, and I was able to use my Fighters cheering goods inside. I'm so glad I asked them to do it.

Seeing the other passengers dragging their luggage around and climbing stairs on their first day, I really felt glad I had booked this service!

With two kids and two large suitcases, we chose DELIBAG because we wanted to go shopping without any hassle after getting off the plane. It's located next to Yoshinoya and is very easy to find. The check-in process was also very quick, allowing us to easily take the kids to the city for sightseeing and shopping right away!

The counter staff were very friendly. I just sent a screenshot of my booking to their messaging app at the counter. I checked in at 11 a.m. and received a notification at 2 p.m. that I had arrived at the hotel. We picked up our luggage together at check-in, which was very convenient!

Although I couldn't find the store's location at first XD, it was very convenient to use; it delivered to the hotel on the specified date, allowing me to go to Saga and Nagasaki first and then return to Fukuoka later.
