The purchase process is very smooth. I didn't know I typed my birth date wrong, and I couldn't find customer service to change it. I bought another one in a hurry. It turns out there is no impact. Go to the Shun Tak Centre to collect the physical ticket at the counter. The process is convenient and quick, and the boat ride takes about an hour.
