We are proud of our seafood dishes, such as "Hakata Sesame Mackerel" and "Fresh Mackerel Fried" made with mackerel delivered directly from Nagasaki! Other dishes, such as "Hakata Chicken Stock Mizutaki" and "Hakata Original Pork Bone Salt Motsunabe", are also available with Kyushu local sake.
