High CP value package with cozy and quiet room, superb scenery and nice staff. We had an enjoyable SPA which included in the package...the Yuan SPA. The hotel location is perfect, right next to the MRT station. We will definitely go back but won't be in summer time as it's a bit crowded.

I had a comfortable business trip. The hotel location was convenient. Being above a subway station, the only inconvenience was going from underground to room 46, then to the other side of the elevator lobby, and finally down to my room. The breakfast selection was plentiful, but the restaurant layout was disorganized, and takeout couldn't be delivered directly to my room – this was a major drawback.

The hotel is conveniently located, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and simply yet stylishly designed. The bathroom features Borghese brand amenities. Combined with the KKDayb package (which included the hotel spa, accommodation, and breakfast), it was excellent value for money, exceeding my expectations.

This five-star hotel offers exceptional value for money and is conveniently located, close to all major shopping malls! The rooms are spacious with open views, the heated pool is comfortable, and late check-out is available 👍 The breakfast is plentiful with a wide selection. Most notably, the 60-minute spa treatment is incredibly good value! I would definitely stay here again!

We had later check in that day But we still have a good service on arrival the reception lady who explain well about our package and we have a great time throughout the trip. Not to mention the swimming pool have an amazing view and warm atomps. The breakfast chef didn’t let us have the 「即叫即整」，the food turns out a bit chil out and is better if you go early for breakfast. It might be because of the weekend period(not so sure). As for the 60mins-massage time, it do have its prize for the enviro, service…etc. It good to go when it comes for the package.

This trip included a one-hour singing bowl massage in a comfortable environment. The hotel breakfast was of good quality, but there was a shortage of staff, and the arrangements were somewhat disorganized.
