Lily, the tour guide, made the tour so nice. she was always smiling. she is thoughtful, she even wrote a letter to thank us for joining the tour. she gave her best to accommodate all the joiners' request. she is very polite and respectful. i will surely remember her just like how i will remember the beautiful places we went to.

The tour was more than what I expected! cost only a fraction of the price from K**ok and I believe it delivered just as well. Timing was good for each location. perhaps could have stayed 30min more in Cape Kamui and Otaru since we got back to town quite early. we rode in a comfortable mini bus and the guide was very helpful and friendly

The weather on September 10th was beautiful. Thank you to our guide, Lily, for her enthusiastic spirit. Cape Kamui was beautiful, but we only had one hour, so we were pretty rushed. As for the Otaru Canal in Otaru City, it's less beautiful in the summer. On the other hand, the Blue Cave boat ride, while not cheap, was well worth it, offering an 80-minute excursion through the ocean. As for Shiroi Koibito Park, it's a matter of personal preference. I hope Lily keeps up the good work. As she says, once in a lifetime, once in a lifetime.

Tour guide Xiao Li is small but incredibly enthusiastic. He took excellent care of the group. While there were a few disappointments, the trip was generally relaxing and enjoyable. Keep it up, tour guide! Hard work pays off.
