Directly delivered from our contracted farms: We use binchotan charcoal to lock in the natural flavor of our chicken. We also offer carefully selected free-range chicken and rare cuts that are only available in small quantities per bird. [Opening April 2025] We serve free-range chicken sourced from all over Japan and A5-ranked Wagyu beef, grilled over binchotan charcoal. We also offer a variety of luxurious course meals that allow you to savor our signature free-range chicken and Wagyu beef. Enjoy them with seasonal sake and carefully selected wines.
