During my two-day layover in Istanbul, I found the mobile internet connectivity, operating on a 4G+ network, to be entirely satisfactory for all typical tourist requirements.

In some remote areas of Cappadocia, the internet connection is sometimes only 3G, but it's generally good in the city.

The order form was entirely in English, which was a bit tiring 😅, but the internet was stable.

It works well, but you need to enable it first in Taiwan, and there are restrictions on enabling eSIM in Türkiye.

In Istanbul, there was signal everywhere, though some areas didn't. Finally, I asked my husband to share his service with me, since we use different providers, and sharing didn't cause any lag. He plays games all day on the bus and didn't experience any issues. I highly recommend Taiwanese tourists buy this service when they go to Turkey.

Internet speeds are stable in Turkey, except for poor signal in underground cities. Roaming rates are cheaper than those of traditional telecom providers.
