we are a grp of 4 ladies. Once you have selected your outfit, the staffs will ask you to match the respective inner wear and whether you would like to top up for lace and other accessories. 2 persons will dress up 1st while the other 2 get their hair done. Everything is completed in less than 1 hr. I would suggest to take the earliest slot so you have more kimono design options to select from. Good experience. will recommend my friends if they want to try out next time.

There has a variety of kimono choices which u can slowly choose the one u like. The staff is very friendly as well as they will explain with u patiently and mix and max for you

Previous experiences wearing kimonos at other stores in Kyoto involved changing and matching kimonos as soon as you entered. This store was very different! Upon entering, they presented numerous options requiring additional payment. This information asymmetry can mislead customers into thinking that "no extra charge" means a clean and simple look (as shown in the photos). While the kimono-free option isn't bad, the choices are limited! I suggest that the "additional charges" clearly be clearly labeled in the sales packages! They shouldn't be misleading! Items that seem like choices (as shown in the photos) turn out to be extra-cost items in person! This only generates more negative reviews for the store!

It was a great experience, and my child loved it. The only problem was the language barrier, which required using translation software to communicate. However, the store provided detailed pictures and text, which made it easy to understand.

The child said the staff were very friendly. Although they tried to sell extra services on-site, they didn't give the child a hard time if they didn't buy anything. If it looks good, you should add other items to your cart, but the overall look is really beautiful. The staff is very patient, but be mindful of the time; with makeup and hair, it takes about two hours.

The kimono was gorgeous! I have trouble choosing, but the staff offered suggestions based on my preferred colors, and it matched my boyfriend's kimono perfectly. My boyfriend and I paid extra to rent scarves and accessories. From choosing and dressing the kimono to hair styling, the staff were very friendly and helpful, making subtle adjustments. Overall, we were extremely satisfied! 😊
