Using expert techniques that bring out the best in the ingredients, we offer all our customers a dish that can be enjoyed with all five senses. We pride ourselves on our many visually stunning dishes, including carefully prepared Noto-mae sushi and elaborately crafted creative sushi, as well as our signature "primitive grilling" method, an ancient Japanese cooking method that slowly locks in the umami of the ingredients.
