The driver was very kind, which made the experience very enjoyable and reassuring. We were able to communicate smoothly using a translation app. The tour itself was excellent. The only slight drawback was that we hadn't anticipated the extra boat fee, but even taking that into account, we were very satisfied. Thank you very much.
