The staff were very friendly, taking care of us all the time. The place was tidy and neat. We enjoyed the experience very much.

The staff was super nice and attentive, there was no problem with the language barrier at all. The photographer we booked with the rental was very nice and a real proffessional and I cannot wait to see the pictures once they are edited. 10/10 would recommend the rental and the photographer aswell!

Considering that I booked this as part of my first trip to Japan with my fiance, I was blown away by how kind the staff were. I did my best to communicate with them through my absolutely broken Japanese and I will definitely come again on my next trip because of the service, consideration and how kind they were. (not just polite!) It wasn't rushed, and I have such positive things to say to each members of the staff that I dealt with. 1. The receptionist was very considerate. 2. One of the staff (who I believe is from Taiwan?) was so kind to me and shared with me a lot of stories, but also considered my comfort because my sandals were a bit too big. 3. The nice older woman who fitted me in the kimono was always making sure it wasn't too tight for me, that I was comfortable in the outfit. 4. I also loved the woman who did my hair, she is so friendly and charming :) we cheered together!

the store helper can speak in multiple languages. i am from Singapore and we easily communicated with them in English and Chinese. thvy have kimono in many sizes, and many options to select from. we rent overnight and return the next day.

We were there, it could get hectic, but they are organise. Follow their instructions. Buy kimono insurance it will save you a lot of trouble and judgey looks. Knowing it’s my daughter birthday soon. They sang her a bday song. Great personal touch.

I rented a simple kimono but thank god I bought insurance for like $5 coz I ended up dirtying the silk kimono. If u don’t get the insurance and stain it by accident u have to pay for washing the whole outfit. So just get it for your safety but overall the service is good!

We arrived a little bit late for our appointment (got lost on the way) but they still accompdated us. All the staff were very nice and no problem communicating in english. You can also ask for "upgrades" on the shop. It just comes with an additional price. I had my hair done for approx 1.7k yen, rented a bag for 500 yen, and then added an insurance from stains (since we were gonna eat while wearing kimono) Dont worry about your height! They adjust the kimono so you wont step on it while walking. I got worried when I saw the kimono being EXTREMELY long (almost twice my ht - im 4'10" btw) We got the combo with the NAKED event and we werent able to avail it on the same day as the kimono rental but we were still able to go. Would rent here again!

Easy redemption, bought the couple package. Kimono are not the most but not bad.
