Ganghwado/Paju Day Tour｜LUGE, Hwagae Mountain Observatory, Joyang Textile Cafe, Chili Sauce Making Experience, Outlet Shopping (from Seoul)

This was a simple tour suitable for those who prefers to take it easy. The monorail to haegan to see the view was really going vvv slowly. During winter the trees are all withered so not much of a view. However the view at the peak was spectacular and made everything worth it. Market tour was abit too short but lunch was great. The textile cafe was really a wonderful experience too. We were lucky to see snow while there making the experience even more beautifully. Our driver Allen was v responsible throughout the trip and took good care of the group. There was an elderly lady in our group who took the luge ride and Allen rided beside her all thru the ride to ensure her safety to the highest level. All in all a pleasant and enjoyable trip :)

Thanks to Alan, the driver and tour guide for this chartered car. Alan had contacted us in the afternoon the day before to confirm the time and place of boarding. Since the tour day was a work day, we chose to leave a little earlier to avoid intersecting with the traffic of work. We arrived in Paju smoothly in the morning. Alan also translated the precautions and operation methods of the sled car considerately. Even during the first sled car ride, he carefully accompanied us and the children who were unfamiliar with it to go down the mountain slowly. The subsequent donut shop and outlet also met our needs to maximize our shopping time in the outlet. This was a great experience. Alan's friendliness and attentiveness were fully felt by our children.

The slide was very fun, so we added two more slides, which was very enjoyable. The cafe is so beautiful! The leader is also very humorous and interesting.

The itinerary was very well arranged. The leader Xiao Jin had a very good service attitude, was humorous and not boring, and sang very well. He is a leader worth recommending. He is awesome and worth five-star praise👍

It was a wonderful feeling to see the land of North Korea from the observation deck. Everything in the Dalong Market seemed to have traveled back to the last century. The items, decorations, and paintings collected from all over the world in the Chaoyang Weaving Cafe were very special. The sled experience at the end was also full of fun. Because there were no other tourists, my friend and I had just one car for five people, just like chartering a car, and we could control the time freely. In short, it was a pleasant and special trip.

I have participated in so many KKDAY tours, but this is the first time I have met such a great tour guide. He answered all questions and was very patient. He introduced everything along the way and smiled from the heart. I really liked Xiao Jin. I saw his enthusiasm. It was a great experience!

The car is clean and the driver can explain the history. Overall it is good.

Despite the bad weather, Mark still tried his best to help and we ended up riding the roller coaster 4 times! Exciting and fun

The itinerary was very well arranged. We took the slow cable car up Huakai Mountain and saw the beautiful observatory. Although Dalong Market was a bit boring, it still had a unique local feel. Chaoyang Cafe was really great, with both coffee and bread. It’s delicious, and the entire museum is very relaxing, making you want to come again. The Ganghwa Island Slide is also accessible by cable car. The park’s slide is really fun, but it’s potentially dangerous, and that’s why it’s so unique in the museum. The staff is very aggressive.

James guide led the group of 5 people, riding a 9-seater car very comfortable, the whole process of Mandarin communication, Huakai Mountain monorail on the mountain very many people, so we chose to walk up the mountain to the observation deck, return by monorail down the mountain. The textile cafe is large and has a characteristic design with heavy industrial style. It is best to buy tickets 3 times for the slope slide of Ganghwa Island. The whole process took 12 hours!
