I used this service from the TPE airport this week and it was smooth from start to finish. Even though my flight was delayed, they monitored it (my previous flight was actually cancelled so they also updated it to the new flight). It was very easy to find my name right at the arrivals exit, I was walked to a car, and my driver and the car itself were lovely. I’d use this service again!

our driver Ben WhatsApp us before the trip. he came 10 minutes early. The ride was smooth. he also helped with luggages. The price is about $10 cheaper than uber quote. Very happy with the purchase

I arrived and as promised as soon as I left customs.There was a person waiting with my name on a board. They quickly had a vehicle there for me and the driver was kind and courteous and took me to my hotel just as promised. i could not ask for more. great service, and just what I was looking for.

I signed up for the meet & greet service. Upon exiting w/our luggage, I saw the KKday sign w/my name. The KKday reps who greeted us, lead my husband & I outside to the designated car driver who drove us to our hotel was great and stress free. Originally, I was worried w/the given 90 min window from plane arrival, customs & luggage but we got thru all this w/in 50 minutes! Also, after a 13 hour airplane travel, I would recommend this type of transport to your hotel since it would be one less worry if you are not accustomed to using their MRT transport to Taipei.
