Ken Yu was a great host! He arrived early and confirmed with us the itinerary. He was also great fun as he explained some of the history of the locations we were going to and also gave us good recommendations for food! Will definitely rate the service 5/5!

Went to Yehliu, Shifen, and Jiufen on an 8-hr trip for a family of 4. Despite a rainy day and large crowds (it was a Saturday), our driver went above and beyond to show us a great time. He led us around Shifen and Jiufen to make sure that we saw the highlights, and stayed on schedule. Excellent experience!

We had a great time with Ken Yu taking us around Jiufen and the surroundings. We asked for a customized itinerary, and Ken was very accommodating, recommending the best way to see all the places we wanted while staying within the package time. He is very experienced and knows all the best spots in each location. Best choice for a day trip in the Jiufen area.

We had an excellent 8-hour trip to Yehliu Geopark and Jiufen with our driver, Ken Yu. Ken was jovial, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout the day. He was very knowledgeable about the sights and generously shared great recommendations on the best local foods and souvenirs to buy. The car was immaculately clean, and the ride was always safe and comfortable, which made the journey very pleasant. Excellent itinerary that he took us to everywhere we wanted to go. Was happy to wait. Very easy to deal with him and just an enjoy able trip.

Mr Ken is such a friendly and professional guide. He is very accommodating and understanding of the needs of elderly guests, such as needing frequent toilet breaks and adjusting the itinerary so that there is less walking. He also treated us very kindly and gently, and is full of humour and interesting local knowledge. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with him. Highly recommend to others!

We started the day with pleasant weather at Yehliu Geopark, followed by rain in Jiufen and Shifen. Throughout the journey, our driver, Mr. Ken Yu, was extremely attentive and professional. He ensured we traveled safely to every destination and thoughtfully shared insights about the places and their history. To our delight, at the end of the tour he even printed our family photos as a souvenir. We truly appreciated his thoughtfulness and effort. We had a [5-Seater] Taipei & Keelung Private Charter Service. We went to Shifen, Jiufen and Keelung temple entrance night market. Our tour/driver guild was Mr. Ken Yu (余萬知）. He was terrific and super pleasant, especially to one of our friends who had a bad knee and couldn't walk too long. He took pictures for us and introduced the delicious local food to us. We enjoyed flying lantern at Shifen, lunch and A-Mei Tea House at Jiufen very much. Thank you Ken!!
