Shop for redemption of tickets was a little hard to find. It was away from most of the other ferry shops/peddlers but you can always ask these peddlers where the shop is. The shop sells pretty nice braised pork rice and also has ice cream. Once redeemed, ferry rides were quite smooth. Though the ticket states ferries are about 20-40 minutes apart in the day, the tickets go by docks. There are about 3 docks at the pier and this ticket was for dock 1. So as long as you see a ferry in the dock, you can just go ahead, no need to wait for the same ferry or wait the stated interval. If you start at Shuishe, ferry brings you to Xuangang Pier, where you can visit the eat nice herbal eggs and visit the temple. From Xuangang you go to Itashao Pier, where you can do all your shopping and street food eating. Just look out for cars and other vehicles while on the roads as it is a shared path.

Last boat ride driver wasabi.54 was funny and entertaining. Very good experience with him.

Great price and pickup location is less than five minutes to the ferry when walking. Pickup place does open at 08:50 so just FYI. Great experience! You go from Point A to B to C back to A in that specific order! Keep the ticket for each stop because you need that same ticket.

It's a bit hard to find the ticket pickup location. You need to pass the market area and keep going downhill until you see a public washroom. The small stall is right beside the public washroom. The boat ride across sun moon lake is very nice and relaxing. The price of the ticket is cheaper than the price shown on the ticket.
