Good driver and tourguide, good food. I did not see whales but lots of dolphins. The driver tried his best to accommodate our needs. The gorge is breathtakingly beautiful.

This tour gives a glimpse of all the tourist highlights in Hualien. Our friendly guide made sure we are having a pleasant time getting to know the city and learning about the local culture. A most recommended tour. Thank you for making it a memorable experience for me and my friend.

This package was super worth it and hassle free! Had no problems meeting up with driver etc. Tour does not come with a tour guide separately, but driver guide instead. Driver also explains attractions and helps us along the way. However it would be good if u have a sim card that can call out just in case u need to contact the driver. Otherwise Kkday helpdesk would also help to contact but expect some delayed response. We managed to see a group of dolphins but no whales. Whales are hard to see everyday please manage your own expectations. The dolohins that we saw that day came in a very large group (30+ ish of them?) and it was a very fulfilling experience. The trip to Taruko national park was very nice as well. You can see the greatness of nature up close and it is very convenient when u are on bus.

Took one star off for the worst lunch ever with a tour. The driver is super; we were the only passengers in the minivan. The dolphin watching experience was great; we saw a family of Risso’s dolphins diving in/out of the ocean. The lunch arranged by kkday is very disappointing. On the booking, kkday stated the lunch would be at Pacific Food Co. (太平洋食府）or similar restaurants and kkday travelers were all very impressed by the lunch at Pacific Food Co. Instead of Pacific Food, kkday arranged our lunch at Mhuway 達吉利共用生活空間, which is very different from Pacific Food Co. The lunch plate consists of 1 veggie, 1 pork/veggie, 1 chicken/veggie skewers, salad and rice. The food was lukewarm and didn’t taste good even though there were no other diners in the restaurant. They gave the driver the cheap veggie skewers lunch plate! We left feeling hungry.

The next time you go out to sea to find a wave is not too big, you will have the opportunity to see whales and dolphins. The driver guide is great. Next time I will purchase this coupon again.

The scenery is beautiful and the experience is great. It's a pity that Taroko is not open.

Taking the children to participate in whale watching and chartering a car made the journey very relaxing and leisurely, allowing us to concentrate on enjoying the journey. The additional lunch was very delicious.

Whale watching is good, the aboriginal style meal we had at the village below the mountain for lunch is also good, the driver also served as the commentator is also very good, but the itinerary is a little rushed

There were unexpected accidents that could be handled immediately. I recommend the professional explanation of the driver and tour guide. I was lucky enough to see dolphins and whales. I highly recommend whale watching.

We went to many places. We also saw dolphins. We could only go to the visitor center of Taroko because of the earthquake, so if you are expecting the typical Taroko, you might want to give up.
