Our driver Erin was the best. She speak fluent English. She was helpful and informative. The weather was very hot and slightly rainy. so we glad we use the private car service. I am highly recommend for those who travel with elderly, children, or in a bad weather like us. Next time I will come again with my family in December, I will use this service again.

Our guide/driver (Xiaozhen) was very nice. She was friendly and kind, very knowledgeable about Kaohsiung. My mum and I had a very nice time with her. However, it was not stated anywhere on the site that we have to pay an extra NT500 until we made a booking. It felt like false advertising as the places listed on the site were the places that we wanted to go. It would have been better if you had at least mentioned that we may have to pay extra, instead of surprising us like that.

The driver couldn't speak English at all, so it was a bit difficult to communicate, but he was really kind and drove safely, so I was very satisfied. I requested a different route than the designated route, and I was very grateful that they came to pick me up within 5 minutes even if I postponed the scheduled meeting time. It may be difficult to see everything this city has to offer in one day, but I recommend it if you want to go to places far from Zuoying Station, such as Fo Guang Mountain or Cijin Scenic Area.
