The tour guide is nice, considerate and professional! canopy walk is good! Because it's not the flowering season, I didn't see flowers in the Botanic garden.. But those plants are also good 🤗

Had a great experience with Kkday. Our tour guide Hafiz was really knowledgable, friendly and fun. We felt very well taken care of and safe throughout the trip. We enjoyed each of the places we went to. Too bad Desa Dairy was closed due to RMCO.

The trip was a good idea - we could spend a day away in the mountains, learn new stuff and walk in the jungles. A bit tired of riding a minivan but since we had a nice guide we could spend some of the time with fun! Mt. Kinabalu was gorgeous! Recommended if you want to learn more about the island and rest from the city!

My family and I, a group of four, had a very pleasant day under the guidance of our tour guide Jeff. Jeff was very kind and attentive. He explained a lot of interesting information about the attractions along the way. He also adjusted the itinerary flexibly and arranged it very well, allowing us to complete the itinerary smoothly and enjoy many beautiful scenery.

You can also get a tour in your own car, and if you ask, they will accommodate your requests to a certain extent. We happened to come across a place where Rafflesia was blooming, so they showed us there. (Of course, you have to pay for the additional admission fee yourself.)

It took three hours to get from downtown Kota Kinabalu to Poring Hot Springs, but the canopy walk was thrilling and worth it. It was an experience that is hard to find in Japan, and the elementary school children enjoyed it.

I participated on December 30th at the end of the year. Anticipating traffic jams, we decided to meet early and were picked up at the hotel at 6:50. The meeting time was communicated to us the day before via SNS, and we knew the car was on its way on the day, so we were able to get in as soon as it arrived. There were three groups of participants, all Japanese. We were fortunate that we were able to leave on time and that we changed the order of the tour so as not to lose time. The mountain road is a single lane, so once you get stuck in a traffic jam, there is no way to escape and it becomes the same situation as the rush hour for people returning home in Japan. We ended up going home while looking at the line of traffic jams on the opposite lane. First of all, I was relieved that we didn't get stuck in a traffic jam. As for the content, we were able to see Mt. Kinabalu beautifully, the Rafflesia was blooming, and we were satisfied with the rainforest walk. (If I had to be greedy, I would have liked to see the pitcher plant. Because it's in the guidebook 💧) There was a canopy walk and Poring Hot Springs, so there was a lot to see. The explanation was all in English, but it was easy to understand because he spoke slowly and with a clear pronunciation. When we stopped at a village overlooking Mount Kinabalu, the toilet cost 0.5 ringgits. (There is a fee.) It might be a good idea to prepare 1 ringgit notes if possible. There is also an additional fee to visit the Rafflesia, 30 ringgits per person. Cash only. (I think you can use Grab PAY?) Credit cards are not accepted. Please prepare at least cash for the toilet.
