Canada & America Portable 4G Wi-Fi Router Rental (Pick-Up Hong Kong Airport)

Trip to Canada. Good strong 4G signal. Initially ok but halfway through trip cable was really hot at both ends (connection at phone & plug in the wall) as it was charging & blue light on the plug constantly flashing. After 30min disconnected it from the electrical outlet as afraid it would start a fire. Cable so hot that couldn't disconnect it from the portable wifi. Left everything to cool down. Afterwards still couldnt disconnect cable as it was stuck & in trying too hard broke the cable leaving the metal bit still stuck in it. Went to a local phone shop where they used pliers to extract the metal bit out & said not to use the original chargers anymore as could have been wrong voltage. Bought a new c-type cable + USB charger to use for the rest of trip. Returning the wifi co very good. Gave them a brand new replacement cable but wouldn't take it + didn't charge extra for broken cable.

Trip to Vancouver, Canada. Pocket wifi connected with Bell Canada. Good fast connection. Fully charged lasted about 12hrs. Charging took 2-3hrs for full charge. Adapter is correct type for Canada sockets or can use USB. Went to USA briefly too. Good connection there too.

The power is enough to last a whole day, and the connection speed and quality are good. It is recommended.

Go to the destination to boot before I can use the customer service said they can only refund me I have to buy my own local internet card at the airport the first time I use it like this I will not help this next time Personally not worth recommending Very disappointed
