Started off with the train and great view of the falls and valleys. Yummy Aussie bbq lunch and meeting koalas and friendly drivers who gave us a good intro of the tour. Timely pick up.

The itinerary is very rich, including trains, gondola lifts, zoos, amphibious vehicles and local aboriginal folklore performances. The amphibious vehicle is able to clearly explain the knowledge about the tropical rainforest and enjoy the scenery of the rainforest. It is one of the favorite itineraries. The self-service BBQ lunch tastes ordinary, but you can eat it very well!

The rainforest scenery is spectacular, and riding on a retro train is a super special experience

It was a semi-free tour with clear instructions and proper time arrangement. We didn't feel rushed and had enough time at each location. The lunch was delicious. Unfortunately, it rained the day before and the train didn't run. The tour guide explained and apologized sincerely to everyone and refunded part of the money.

You don’t have to drive the whole trip, there is a driver to pick you up and drop you off. I am super satisfied with every trip. Although it rained and I couldn’t take the cable car, I am also very satisfied with the way KKday handled it ❤️

I was confused for a moment because the order was very different from the one listed here. The order was Skyrail → → Railway, but the leaflet handed out on the day said Railway → → Skyrail! The contents were the same, so either was fine! It was a fairly free tour, and we had to check our names on the bus from the hotel, but we were free to do whatever we wanted. You can hold a koala at the Army Duck and Aboriginal locations, so it's best to make a reservation when you get there. The time is fixed, so it seems best to move with the koalas in mind. It takes less than 5 minutes to hold a koala. A large photo of the koala is included with the koala hold. There is a password to download the photo, so you can download the photo with the koala to your phone. The image quality is good. The Aboriginal, Army Duck, etc. are all in English only. Lunch was a meat buffet and the beef steak was delicious! ! The windows were open on the train, so the breeze was a little cool. We walked around Kuranda Village. We didn't go to the Butterfly Sanctuary because an additional entrance fee was required. The tour comes with a 10% discount on admission.

From the nostalgic mountain train to the Lao Cai Army Duck Car Tour to the Rainforest Aboriginal Dance Safari to the Alpine Cable Car going down the mountain are all wonderful memories. You can see the spectacular Barron Falls and the strength of every tree in the rainforest.

It is highly recommended that everyone come to Cairns to participate in this itinerary so that you can experience various means of transportation and learn more about aboriginal culture.

Ride a steam train through suspension bridges, tunnels and waterfalls, and enjoy the beautiful natural scenery. Take the high-altitude cable car to admire the majestic tropical rainforest, and the aboriginal singing, dancing and boomerang performances are lively and interesting. You can see a variety of Australian animals in the zoo, and you can touch and take photos. It’s just that the barbecue buffet lunch at noon was a bit rushed, but the whole trip was quite rich and interesting.

The night before the trip, you will receive the meeting place and time for the next day. A bus (not a tour bus) will pick you up. The driver and tour guide is Indian. He will hand out an itinerary and content when getting on the bus. On the way to the cable car, he will verbally explain the entire activity content and time. But because his Indian accent was so strong, I basically couldn’t understand him at all > < I had to figure out a lot of the itinerary on my own! There are also many colleagues from all over the world. After arriving at the cable car, there are four stations (starting point/rainforest/waterfall/end point). If you have plenty of time, you can stop and walk around at each station. Before waiting for the cable car, you can download the Chinese tour guide app. The app will provide its own audio guide while the cable car is in progress. , personally pretty good! There are regular English/Chinese tour guides at the Rainforest Station, it is recommended to listen to them! You will have a different feeling when you watch it yourself. The waterfall station is really spectacular, both on the cable car and on the observation deck! The final stop will arrive at the town of Kuranda. There are shops and vendors in the town, which is a good place to buy souvenirs! Then we went to the Butterfly Museum and waited for the bus to pick us up and take us to the restaurant for dinner. During this process, we didn’t have a tour guide, so we just explored on our own. The bus will take you from the Butterfly House to the Tropical Rainforest Park for lunch. It is highly recommended that you choose a package meal. It is an all-you-can-eat buffet. The meals are rich and surprisingly delicious! Steak, chicken, sausage, bread, pumpkin soup, fruit, salad, rice and drinks are all abundant, basically you can eat a lot! There are very few one-day group tours where you can eat so much, it’s very satisfying! ! Highly recommended~~ After eating, it’s time to experience the national park by yourself. First, take the military duck car. There will be an English guide on the car, but our English is not that good. It’s more like an English class where you want to sleep after eating XD The tour guide is very similar to the characters who appear in the movie "Rain Forest", and the introduction is also very humorous. Walking on the road and traveling in the water are both very cool experiences. Then watch the dance and musical instrument performance of the local indigenous people, which is very interesting! ! The audience will also be invited to dance on stage ~~ I like this part very much! The park also has a boomerang shooting experience and a javelin throwing performance, but we are not in a group for this trip, so no one will lead us to experience it. Instead, you have to explore on your own. If you see groups of tourists, you can join in the fun. Go and listen to commentary or a performance. On the way back, I originally planned to take a train. Because the train road construction made it impossible to experience it, there was a message before the trip to inform and refund the cost of the train trip (about NT$1,000/person). For your reference, the original bus could not arrive, so the driver of the same company drove the tour bus. Take us back to the city. The conclusion is that I think it’s great to join this group👍. It’s just that compared to other groups that have tour guides leading the entire itinerary, this itinerary requires more guesswork. Ask more questions and confirm more, and be smart so you don’t miss the itinerary and meeting point.
