I made a reservation the night before my trip and the store responded quickly. The arranged driver, Master Jiang, was punctual and courteous. He was considerate of the inconvenience of getting on and off the bus for the elderly traveling with him, and would take the initiative to help. The driver is familiar with the city's traffic and can provide background of the surrounding attractions. When passing interesting buildings, he will roll down the window to let us admire it. The driving attitude is safe, the ride is comfortable, and overall I am very satisfied.

We were charged a little extra money, but we were not informed in advance. When we got in the car, we were immediately charged an additional 120 yuan and the parking fee. After one and a half hours, we were charged a two-hour overtime fee and 120 yuan.

The vehicle was old and the driver didnt know the rpoad, always get lost and very slow in driving.

The communications went ok before our trip. They even upgraded our van. The night before the trip, they particularly asked us if we knew about the rates/hr if it'd overrun. On their advice, our self-planned route might overrun, so we cut it down. We thought it was just a soft reminder, only did we find out the next day it was a SCAM. Cut the long story short, the driver purposedly took longer routes to and from every stop, and even asked to use the navigation on my phone. I didnt know it was his tactic (to avoid me from looking at the route). For the first few stops, I lent the phone to him. Until finally I realised how come it took so long going to every stop. A 20min drive became 45mins, yet we were not arriving. Driver was confronted but did not want to give us an explanation. Finally, was connected to his company. And after wasting all that time, they agreed with a partial refund.
