They arrange the driver and vehicle number the day before, and clearly inform you of the time and pick-up address! They also pick up passengers according to flight schedules. I highly recommend them. The driver's attitude is excellent, and the car is very clean and smells nice. It's really great, and I recommend it to anyone like me who doesn't want to squeeze onto the subway or walk.

I made a reservation the night before my trip and the store responded quickly. The arranged driver, Master Jiang, was punctual and courteous. He was considerate of the inconvenience of getting on and off the bus for the elderly traveling with him, and would take the initiative to help. The driver is familiar with the city's traffic and can provide background of the surrounding attractions. When passing interesting buildings, he will roll down the window to let us admire it. The driving attitude is safe, the ride is comfortable, and overall I am very satisfied.
