Order of package was a breeze, instructions on meeting details were sent out via WhatsApp the evening before. Our guide reached out to us individually as well. Special mention to our guide Julia Tsai, she took care of our every need and went beyond. It was a rainy day up Alishan, umbrellas were available for us to loan. Halfway through, the rain stopped, so we thought we can do without the brolly. Within minutes, the rain came back and just as I was about to ask Julia for the umbrella left on her car, she already reached out and asked if we would like to have the umbrella. Small action but great impact! Very thankful that we have met Julia on this trip. Thank you for making the alishan experience a wonderful one!

We had such a wonderful experience with our guide, Seven, on our trip to Alishan! The journey was long, but Seven made it incredibly smooth and comfortable with his safe driving and thoughtful planning along the way. What really stood out was how attentive and patient he was—never rushing us, always making sure we had enough time to enjoy each stop. He also went the extra mile to help us capture beautiful photos, guiding us to the best spots and even helping with angles so we could fully enjoy the scenery and memories. Pick up point was at Twinstar Hotel 830am. Had 9 ppl on the car. Journey from Hotel to Point 1 was around 2 hours. Toilet break at Point 1. From Point 1 to Point 2 was around 1 hour. Point 2 10 min walk to Fen Qi Hu and ate metal Bento Lunch. 1 hour later took car, ticket purchase online and scan barcode pass to Alishan. Took simple 10min train ride to Point 3. Ticket buy at station. Walk the forest route to Point 4. 4pm set off back to Hotel.

Da Luo was super fun and made my trip exciting and memorable. Would definitely recommend him
