It was easy booking with Kkday. They were prompt in confirming our booking. Jet ski experience was great although a bit pricey now for a 15-minute ride and they don’t allow you to book a 30-minute ride as of the moment. The staff of Kkday and the people manning the jet ski experience were welcoming, easy going, and very receptive of us.

Although our activity didn't start on time and there were only a few units available, we still enjoyed a lot especially that this was our first-time in driving a jetski. It was an unforgettable experience!

We went to the jet ski area by powerboat! It's a great deal to be able to experience powerboating and jet skiing for this price!

On 2/4, I booked a jet ski activity for 2 people, 2 cars, each for 30 minutes. 2/5 Response: The activity was changed to 2 people, 1 car, 15 minutes each. I was asked to wear protective goggles otherwise I would not be able to ride. After the end, I was told that the goggles were a rental item. You have to pay, and now you have the uncomfortable feeling of being forced to consume. 2/7 KKday explained that the partner did not respond, so it could not reply. Please wait. 2/15 KKday responded to the partner and stated that the itinerary was correct. I raised questions again and provided photos and other evidence to request KKday to handle it. 2/23 KKday will reply with processing results and refund. This trip was really unpleasant, but KKday was very proactive in handling the follow-up issues, which calmed down the anger a little. Although the final result did not meet our expectations, due to KKday's sincere assistance, we are willing to close the case. Despite this bad episode, KKday's responsible attitude during the process made me still willing to participate in KKday's itineraries in the future. Thank you KKday.
