The Plaza Premium Lounge was a splendid sanctuary that turned my marathon layover from Bali to Houston into a genuinely pleasant journey. Tucked away from the airport bustle, it offered the perfect environment to rest and recharge. The lounge provided everything I needed to disembark in Houston feeling refreshed rather than weary. It was a first-class pause in the middle of my long-haul flight.

Easy way to buy lounge tix. Bonus that tix were discounted. Made it easy to gift/share with mom and sister who were in Terminal 1. Zone D was a bit full of people, but good place to relax and eat a bit before flight.

Area in section The lounge is a little small. Have to walk around to find a seat. In the shower room Because it is shared with other people who do not pay for the lounge​ It takes quite a long time to wait and is not very clean. There should be a section specifically for people who pay for the lounge. And there is more care for convenience and cleanliness.

I was quite worried about the food and beverage selection on this red-eye flight, but it turned out to be quite good! Highly recommended. They made three hot dishes: beef noodles, braised pork with preserved plum rice, and vegetarian udon noodle soup, served in a cooler. They also had bread, side dishes, a soft drink machine, juice, unsweetened tea, freshly brewed beer, and fresh apples!

It was a fantastic experience to have a comfortable place to rest before boarding. The food was also delicious. The only slight drawback was that the vacuum cleaner noise was quite unpleasant, perhaps because it was cleaning time when I arrived.

I checked online reviews before booking, and two bloggers reported that it was packed and there weren't any empty seats. Since my flight was still quite a while away, I decided to give it a try and bought two tickets. Thankfully, it wasn't as crowded as the bloggers had predicted; I easily found a sofa seat. The food and drinks were excellent, and I spent two hours happily there.
