The Laka Mountain Trail is very pristine and worth hiking. The Manyueyuan area is quite large and can lead to the Dongyanshan National Forest Recreation Area, which has several waterfalls and well-maintained scenic trails.

The air was fresh, but unfortunately some of the steps leading to the two waterfalls were too high, so children and the elderly should be very careful when climbing. Virgin Waterfall was beautiful, but unfortunately it absorbed a lot of negative ions. Full Moon Waterfall was too far away and could only be viewed from a distance.

This was my first time using KKday to buy domestic amusement park tickets. The price is the same on weekdays and holidays, so I enjoyed the discount no matter when. The interface was also very user-friendly; I could easily pay with credit cards, Line Pay, and JKO Pay. I'll definitely use it again next time.

Very good, not too far from the city. The trails are relatively simple and gentle.

The Manyueyuan National Forest Recreation Area isn't large, classifying it as a "refined" forest park, but its overall environment is well-maintained. The park boasts well-planned trails, mostly gentle wooden boardwalks and stone steps, suitable for leisurely strolls by visitors of all ages. Along the way, lush greenery, babbling brooks, and fresh air create a healing atmosphere typical of low-altitude forests. The park's waterfalls are a major highlight, with a stable flow of water, rich visual layers, and an even more breathtaking and refreshing experience when viewed up close. Overall, while not a large-scale scenic area, its smooth flow and concentrated attractions make it a high-quality destination for a "high-quality nature experience in a short time."

If you're not a resident of New Taipei City, I recommend buying your Full Moon Garden tickets through KKDay. The park isn't too crowded then, and the experience is quite good! The only downside is the parking lot; it's a bit far and you have to walk a short distance. Also, the front parking lot fills up quite easily.

Virgin Falls is beautiful, but unfortunately one of the walkways at Kagetsuen Falls is closed, so you can't see the entire waterfall.

Full Moon Garden National Forest Recreation Area is perfect for a day hike starting from the north. The trails are easy to walk, the waterfalls are spectacular, and the overall value is high. Overall Impressions: • The atmosphere is like a mini "tropical rainforest"—high humidity and frequent fog, making you feel enveloped by the forest while walking on the shaded trails. • It boasts a high density of waterfalls, earning it the nickname "Waterfall Paradise." The main attractions are the Virgin Waterfall and Full Moon Garden Waterfall, offering two spectacular views in one visit, making it a very rewarding experience. • The trails are well-paved, with most sections being gentle enough for the elderly and children. However, the steps near the waterfalls can be slippery, so be careful with your shoes and footwork.
